Comfor Management Services Ltd.

Comfor Management Services Ltd. is the parent company of Burns Lake Community Forest, Sheraton Holdings Ltd and Endako River Timber Ltd.  Comfor Management Services provides management services to all companies in the Comfor Group.  The Village of Burns Lake is the sole shareholder of Comfor Management Services Ltd., and holds the shares in trust for the residents of the Lakes TSA. Comfor Management Services Ltd. was initially created to safeguard the Village of Burns Lake from any losses the Burns Lake Community Forest could potentially incur.  A ten-member board of directors makes decisions on behalf of Comfor Management Services Ltd. and has appointed smaller boards for each of the other companies.
